Swedish company Paradox Interactive has recently announced its acquisition of Haemimont Games, a studio based in Bulgaria.
While the financial terms of the agreement haven’t been disclosed, it involves a combination of upfront payment and incentives based on performance. Paradox has highlighted that this acquisition aligns with their objective to broaden their presence in the management game genre. Haemimont will continue to operate under its existing leadership while focusing on its forthcoming projects.
