For the first two weeks, your task is to track down the ever-charming Tophat Gudetama in quests titled “The Laziest Egg” and “The Laziest Eggs.” However, once those two quests wrap up, you won’t find any reminders in your quest list about our dapper egg friend. But don’t worry, Pochacco will give you a nudge to start looking for him at the beginning of each week.

When you manage to spot this elusive egg, all you have to do is snap a photo with your camera—just like you do with the other sneaky Gudetamas scattered across the island.

Our lazy little egg can take refuge in one of 52 different locations. With such a vast map to explore, knowing where to start your search can be quite a challenge. Fear not, as we’ve got the details on where you can find Tophat Gudetama in this week’s edition of Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

So, where is Tophat Gudetama hiding this week? From March 31, you’ll want to head to Gemstone Mountain. Specifically, he’s lounging south of the entrance to Icy Peak. Finding him there won’t just ease your searching heart—you’ll also be rewarded with plans to craft Decorative Gudetama #17.

It’s worth mentioning that Tophat Gudetama eventually revisits locations once he’s hidden in all 52 spots.
