Donkey Kong Land Joins Switch Online’s Game Boy Collection – Announcement

Following three exciting Expansion Pack updates in October, November brings a new addition to the regular tier Switch Online libraries with a solo classic game.

Gamers can now enjoy Donkey Kong Land, a game initially released in 1995, in the Game Boy library. This title is a unique adaptation for the Game Boy inspired by the iconic Donkey Kong Country, which fittingly marks its 30th anniversary this week.

This update is noteworthy as it’s the first one for the basic tier since some SNES titles were rolled out back in September. It’s also the first time the Game Boy library sees new content since the Mega Man series was introduced in June.
