Anyone who activates a Shrine in Sanctuary, including Nahantu, will earn a 100% bonus experience for two minutes, alongside an enhanced power. Additionally, participants can gain Ancestral Favor Reputation, enriching their journey with rewards.

To make the most of Lunar Awakening’s festivities, head to Ked Bardu and find your way to the Northern section of town. There, you’ll meet Ying-Yue, the master of the Lunar Night Market. This market serves as your main hub for the event, where you can exchange your Ancestral Favor Reputation for unique rewards such as Unceasing Gifts from the Ancestors caches and other decorative Lunar Renewal-themed items.

Lunar Shrines are scattered across Sanctuary, waiting for brave souls to activate them. Whether in dungeons or the wild outskirts, engaging with these shrines and defeating monsters will earn you a copious amount of Ancestral Favor Reputation.

While their core functions mirror that of typical shrines, their power boost has been cranked up to fit the festive mood.

• Artillery Shrine: There’s a chance to summon a holy bomb during casts.
• Blast Wave Shrine: Explosions may summon a cluster bombardment.
• Channeling Shrine: Experience increased attack speed and the chance to reset cooldowns.
• Conduit Shrine: Be greeted by frequent, powerful, electric strikes.
• Greed Shrine: A Treasure Goblin could pop up, and kills during its activation might bring more Goblins into the fray.
• Lethal Shrine: Strike a monster and potentially execute it instantly, sending Fear rippling through nearby enemies. This affects Elites but not Bosses or Players.
