Straight out of the box, the Inzone Buds are ready to pair with a range of devices including the PS5, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, and both Android and iPhone 15/16 models using a 2.4GHz dongle. Although primarily designed for PC gamers, these earbuds fully embrace the audio capabilities of the PS5, featuring support for Tempest 3D Audio and Dolby Atmos.

What really makes the Inzone Buds shine is their impressive active noise cancellation and a solid battery life that can last up to 12 hours on a single charge—or 24 hours with the charging case. They boast the same high-quality audio drivers found in Sony’s well-regarded WF-1000XM5 earbuds, which are available at a Black Friday discount of $228 from the usual $300.

For those tweaking their audio on PC, the Inzone Hub app offers extensive customization. Gamers can choose from up to 256 different sound profiles, syncing their preferences to use across PS5 and other devices. The app also lets you reprogram tap and touch controls to suit your needs.

Those with an iPhone 15 or 16 can still use the USB-C dongle, but if you’re clinging to an older iPhone with a Lightning port, you’ll need a Lightning to USB-C adapter that’s audio-compatible. While we found a $12 adapter that worked flawlessly, be aware it adds an extra cord to your setup and might impact sound quality or cause latency. We didn’t notice any issues, but experiences might vary depending on the adapter and phone used.
